Had an very amazing experience with Aloha and SaraC Monitor. We had all our trees vansih and she came to me with a very cherry attitude and layed the trees and off sim objects back. She great thing is that she made it better than before and added some extras to boot. She came back when I wanted a change with no problems what so ever. I am glad that Aloha has the upmost professionals working for them. I have had many lots in my time and you guys are the best I have delt with 1000%. SaraC you are a lifesaver. BIG SMILES

I sincerely want to tell you, that without a doubt, Aloha Developments is by far and away as close to perfection as you can find in SL. Between the lovely extra touches to the properties to the excellence in service, why would you look anywhere else?

Well, where could I begin on how wonderful my experience has been investing with Aloha Developments.

I had managed a few open sims in the past and since those days hadn't really met many other land owners on the market that had such a friendly and trusting attitude towards new tenants until I arrived at Aloha Developments. The Aloha Developments group and Viva Villiers have made my transition to a new home and land for business a simple and effortless one.

Because of Viva and Aloha Developments I have regained a lot of happiness and excitement for SL again. I had a bunch of small parcels scattered all over Second Life and I choose to unify them all into a single investment, hence an homestead sim.

Today I am working harder than ever to grow and make the most of what being a bigger part of Second Life can be all about.

Viva i wanna say you have the most valuable employee in her she totally rocks in her designs of your sims.. she has done a wonderful job for us making it looking all pretty and she is so appreciated for everything she does for us when we keeping to the sim........

When looking for land I came across Aloha. I was told how great they were by the sales team. You know how sales people are, you think it is all bull. Well, let me tell you....It wasn't. AND OMG...Sara does the best job teraforming and helping you out. They are true to their word and I will be with them a long time.

Arriving in SL, the first piece of property I ever purchased was through Viva and Aloha. It was absolutely the best, and hesitatingly sold it the the neighbor so his business could expand. I went through another company and hurried back to Aloha within a very short time frame. Viva has been much more than an estate owner. She produces the prettiest sims I have seen, at the same time became a friend. It was through her success story in SL that inspired me to find my place in SL. When I was ready, I went to Viva and she developed the sim for me, and inspiring me to go forth but also telling me what to expect. She was 100% right, and each day I think about the advice that she gave me as well as her words of inspiration. At this point, I own a successful live music venue, and am in the process of opening two other venues.

I would recommend Aloha and Viva to anyone, as she truly cares about her clients and shows it in so many ways.

Though she has heard it from me many times, thank you Viva for all you have done and I am honored to call you a friend as well.
