Thats right folks! Linden Labs has decided to grandfather their Homestead tier pricing for at least a year! So for all residents living on ALOHA Homestead sims - there will no longer be a tier increase in July!

Now is a GREAT time to upgrade to a Homestead sim as the grandfathered rate will apply to all sims purchased before July 1st. Tiers will go up on all new sims purchaesd AFTER July 1st.

I am a recent property purchaser with Aloha, and I have to say that this experience has been a great one! The staff here are wonderful and go out of thier way to make sure that we are happy, comfortable and satisfied with our land and new home. Sara, Chatty and Viva have been amazing for us and we continue to tell people that we know to come and look at the properties aloha has to offer and move into a community like this one where the land owners and staff care about thier customers needs and making this area a community where all can enjoy!
