COMMUNITY PLOTS

 ALOHA carries a wide assortment of parcel sizes (also called plots) 2048m2 and larger.

We try very hard to always keep a variety of terrain styles and price ranges too.  If you don't see what you need, please let us know as we may be able to create it for you. 

If you prefer to pay weekly tiers rather than monthly,  just divide the monthly tier price displayed by 4 to calculate the weekly rate.

Parcels are located on TWO types of sims:

REGULAR SIM PLOTS offer the highest performance and are recommended for those who wish to have a robust sim able to handle higher traffic situations, business or just for those who hate lag.  They are the most reliable and economical choice when purchasing estate parcels. 

HOMESTEAD SIM PLOTS offer larger land size per prim as compared to regular sim plots, but cannot handle high traffic or scripts.   You will have fewer neighbors and therefore more privacy, but you will pay a higher price per prim.  These are perfect for residential or very light business use (office, photography shop). Many are willing to trade a bit of performance for the size and privacy these plots offer.
