Arriving in SL, the first piece of property I ever purchased was through Viva and Aloha. It was absolutely the best, and hesitatingly sold it the the neighbor so his business could expand. I went through another company and hurried back to Aloha within a very short time frame. Viva has been much more than an estate owner. She produces the prettiest sims I have seen, at the same time became a friend. It was through her success story in SL that inspired me to find my place in SL. When I was ready, I went to Viva and she developed the sim for me, and inspiring me to go forth but also telling me what to expect. She was 100% right, and each day I think about the advice that she gave me as well as her words of inspiration. At this point, I own a successful live music venue, and am in the process of opening two other venues.

I would recommend Aloha and Viva to anyone, as she truly cares about her clients and shows it in so many ways.

Though she has heard it from me many times, thank you Viva for all you have done and I am honored to call you a friend as well.
